Contrary to popular belief, mounting a TV on your wall does not have to be a big ordeal. In fact, by the time you’ve figured out where to install your new flat screen tv, you’re already halfway there! Just make sure to choose a spot that’s at least two to three times the diagonal length for the best viewing experience. You want to be comfortable watching tv from your favorite lounging spot and the includes avoiding glare if you have a shiny screen.

Now that you’re ready to install your mount, check out our video below! Even if you haven’t purchased the exact product in the demonstration, you will still get a clear idea of how to install your new mount.

STEP 1: Set the first piece of the mount against the wall where you want to install the TV. Mark the walls where the screws should go.

  1. For solid concrete walls: Drill holes for the mounting screws in the positions you have marked. Fit mounting anchors into the holes to provide a more secure grip.
  2. For drywall with wooden studs: Use a stud finder to locate nearby studs in the wall and attach the TV mount to the studs with the screws.

STEP 2: Use the screws provided to attach the mounting rails to the back of the TV.

STEP 3: Lift the TV and attach it in place with the mount on the wall. (You may need an extra pair of hands to do this.) Make sure you tighten the safety screws or use the spring self-locking system to ensure the complete safe mounting of the TV.

After you attach the cables, guide them through the wire management system to make everything look neat.

And there you have it, your TV mounted in THREE easy steps.
